Cordless has been engaged by a leading UK Housing Association to provide IT and AV consultancy for its relocation to a new London HQ.
The objective of the project is to create 30,000 sq ft of new workspace that is friendly, professional and inviting to welcome its visitors. Flexibility is key - to facilitate a hub with varied and appropriate enclosed and open meeting spaces that can be adapted for town hall meetings and events.
It is crucial the workspace is tech-enabled to support agile working as well as having dedicated neighbourhoods giving a balance of spaces allowing for quiet concentrative work, as well as collaborative working.
Cordless will support the client from the initial development of the workplace vision through to design, procurement and project management of vendor delivery of the IT and AV technologies needed in the new offices. Cordless will help to achieve value for money in all elements of the project, driven through a clear requirements and design process and robust independent procurement from suitable contractors.
